Of course – you can book tickets for other people via the Group Ticket registration. Please note: you must choose the same Masterclasses for your group as a whole. You cannot select different options within one transaction. If you would like to do different classes to your group, we recommend purchasing tickets separately via the Single Ticket option on the registration form.
Alternatively, please contact events@decanter.com and we will be happy to assist with your booking and ensure your group has the preferred itinerary.
The 6 for 5 discount offer is only valid on Grand Tasting only tickets on Friday and Saturday. It is not valid on combined Grand Tasting and Cellar Collection tickets or Masterclass tickets. The tickets will be automatically discounted when you select 6 x Grand Tasting only tickets and you add 'GROUP' into the discount code box on the payment page. Please note: the group discount has limited availability.
You should receive your e-ticket via email as soon as your payment is confirmed. You can also download your e-ticket as a pdf from the booking confirmation page.
Each e-ticket includes barcode which details a personalised itinerary of your day to be scanned on admission to the event. Please keep hold of this e-ticket if you have access to a Masterclass so the onsite scanning staff can check you and your guests in at the allocated time slot for these experiences. If you have booked tastings/classes on both days, please keep hold of the e-ticket as we may need to scan it more than once.
Once payment has been processed your booking is confirmed. The payment will show on your bank statement as FUTURE PLC. Tickets are non refundable but can be transferred to another name. Please refer to our event terms & conditions for more information.
The Friday evening Grand Tasting will offer complimentary gourmet carving station as part of your ticket. On the Saturday, complimentary cheese and charcuterie will be available in the Cellar Collection room. You will be able to leave the venue for lunch if you wish.
If there is availability on the day, you may be able to purchase a Masterclass. Please speak to a member of the reception team who will be able to assist you. However, we recommend you purchase a ticket for these experiences in advance as places are limited.
The event is strictly over 18s only. No children will be admitted including babes-in-arms.
