Delivery Information

  • Deliveries will only be made within the UK, excluding the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and BFPO addresses.
  • Case prices include the cost of delivery.
  • If you order 1 - 6 cases these will be delivered via APC, if you order 7+ cases these will be delivered via Palletways.
  • Deliveries will be made anytime between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
  • All deliveries require a name on delivery; some may take a photo on delivery.
  • Cases will be delivered to the front door of your house or block of flats; it is your responsibility to move the cases inside your property.
  • If you would like to ship cases to more than one UK address, please complete a separate order per address.
  • If there are any breakages in transit, the goods will be returned to the sender and we will contact you to arrange another delivery. Please check your consignment on delivery and report any damage. Replacements for breakages are only accepted within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
  • Sensible Wine Services, our logistics partner, will be taking care of all deliveries.
  • Delivery dates are subject to change.
