If you have purchased a ticket on behalf of other people, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your booking with a link to download your E-Ticket and how to generate your guest tickets.  Once generated, we will send all guest E-Tickets to the email address of the lead booker.  Please look out for multiple E-Tickets in your inbox.

Each e-ticket will have a barcode which details a personalised itinerary of the day and will be scanned on admission to the event. Following feedback from 2022, we have carefully curated two time slots in the Cellar Collection room: an AM session from 10:30 - 1.30pm and a PM session from 2.30 - 5.30pm.

This has been done to minimise crowds and to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. You must purchase a combined Grand Tasting and Cellar Collection ticket in order to access a Cellar Collection session. You will not gain access to the Cellar Collection with a Grand Tasting only ticket. On arrival you will receive a colour-coded wristband giving you access to what you have booked.

Once payment has been processed your booking is confirmed. The payment will show on your bank statement as FUTURE PLC. Swoogo, on behalf of the event organiser Future plc, is in charge of invoicing and payment handling and will charge the transaction total from your credit or debit card.

In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be given if we are notified at least 30 days before the event date. If you wish to cancel within 30 days of the event, we will be unable to refund your ticket.

Please note: if a group Grand Tasting only ticket (6 tickets for the price of 5) is to be refunded, you will only be refunded for the 5 tickets paid for, in accordance with our usual policy. The 6th ticket is non-refundable.
Please refer to our terms & conditions for our events for more information.
