Join us for a journey through the wines of Asolo, where every glass evokes the charm of winding cobbled streets and sweeping countryside views.
Produced only in small quantities each vintage, these remarkable wines offer a rare and exciting opportunity to discover why they have become such prized finds among Italian wine lovers and specialists alike. During the evening you will discover why Asolo Prosecco DOCG shines for its elegance, structure and purity setting it apart from the wider world of Prosecco.
It was the first Prosecco denomination to champion the ultra-dry Extra Brut style – now one of the most defining expressions and perfect partner for food. Guided by our wine experts Michelle Cherutti-Kowal MW and journalist Gianpaolo Giacobbo, you will explore the region's unique terroir, from the calcareous marl soils of the Colli Asolani which gives the wines their distinctive saline minerality and signature aromas, contrasted by the red ferrous soils of Montello, which brings greater structure, freshness and a firm mineral character.
Together, these distinctive wines tell the story of a place where landscape, heritage and craftsmanship are deeply intertwined – inviting you to experience the true character and cultural richness of Asolo in every sip.
