KEN FORRESTER

Owner

Ken is a winemaker, colourful raconteur and gastronome.
Starting with a career in Hotel management, becoming a winemaker seemed unlikely. However, in November 1993 Ken and Teresa bought an abandoned historical vineyard first planted in 1689, a delightful 50ha property in Stellenbosch.

Fast forward 30 years - Ken has a profound impact on the South African wine industry. His philosophy has always been to create a range of handcrafted, individually made wines that suitably complement a wide variety of food styles and provide excellent value.
