Decanter invites you to immerse yourself in the BioIntegrale philosophy of Famiglia Casadei: a unique opportunity to embark on a journey through three Estates united by the same guiding breath: regenerating the land, honoring nature, and celebrating wine as an act of love.
Castello del Trebbio reveals the most authentic soul of Tuscany, shaped by history, rolling hills, and traditions that continually renew themselves.

Tenuta Casadei, in the Alta Maremma, is pure energy: here the wind, the sea, and the light converse with an open, international vision.
In Sardinia, Olianas offers an embrace to the island’s primordial force, where regenerative agriculture nourishes the soil and protects its spirit.
At the heart of this universe, Elena Casadei’s amphora-aged line unveils an intimate and contemporary expression of BioIntegrale: wines born from the direct dialogue between grape, earth, and time.

The evening will be a sensory journey woven from encounters, stories, emotions, and shared glasses.

ELENA CASADEI

Winemaker

Elena Casadei grew up among the Florentine hills at Castello del Trebbio, the heart of her family since her grandfather purchased it at the end of the 1960s. Although surrounded by wine, she initially chose a different path, living abroad in England, the U.S., and Hong Kong to find her own direction. In 2013, she returned and began working in the cellar, seeking independence and discovery.

There, she developed an unexpected connection with winemaking, sparking curiosity and a passion for experimentation. Elena became fascinated with amphorae, which for her father were tools, but for her became a language through which to explore, learn, and grow.
